User Data Deletion
You can ask Riddhess Infotech & Agro Pvt. Ltd. to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes data collected through our website, RI Pay, our energy and software services, and through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or other Meta platforms.
How to request deletion
Choose either option below. No account login is required, and there is no fee for a deletion request.
Option 1 — Email
Send an email to privacy@riddhessinfotech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the phone number, email address or account ID you used with our services so we can locate your records.
Option 2 — WhatsApp
Send the message "Delete my data" to +91 7047558229 from the WhatsApp number you want removed. This also deletes any conversation history we hold for that number.
What happens next
We acknowledge every request within 48 hours, verify your identity, and delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days. You receive a written confirmation when the deletion is complete.
Legal retention exceptions
Payment, tax, invoice and KYC records that Indian law requires us to keep (for example under RBI, GST and the Income Tax Act) are retained only for the mandated period and then permanently deleted. Everything else is removed on request.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number, email address and any profile details linked to your account.
- WhatsApp conversation history, message content and media shared with our business number.
- Support tickets, enquiry forms and marketing preferences.
- Data received from Meta platforms (Facebook Login, WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram) such as your user ID and public profile fields.
Meta / Facebook app users
If you connected to Riddhess through a Facebook or WhatsApp app, you can also remove the app from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app stops further data sharing, but to erase data we already hold, please send a request using one of the options above.
